Why this timing?
This calendar tracks your monthly window when the Moon returns to your Sun sign, a roughly 2 – 3 day period each month.
With this framework, that transit marks a recurring internal alignment point. The Moon represents the body and fluids. The Sun represents core identity and life force. When the Moon enters your Sun sign, the body and core imprint are symbolically synchronized.
Fasting during this window reduces metabolic interference, lowers stimulation, and preserves internal chemistry. The goal is coherence and conservation during alignment, not superstition or ritual.
